All orders ship the same day if placed before 5.00 PM
Our cut-off time for daily processing orders is 5.00 pm, so if you order after 5.00 pm, the order will be processed the following day.
After I place an order, what happens?
After your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming it, along with your order number and receipt. Without holidays, your order will normally ship in 10–14 days for Express Shipping and 18–20 days for Standard and Free Shipping. Shipment times for customized products will be longer.

For personalized goods, we will get in touch with you individually to make sure the right adjustments are made. Only after we get the adjustments will these items be processed and dispatched.
What is the status of my order?
