Damages and issues (Defective Products)

In order for us to assess the problem and correct it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if an item is broken, defective, or the incorrect item is sent to you. Shipping is completely free for returns of our defective products. This indicates that you will pay USD 0.00 for delivery and USD 0.00 for restocking.

For your responsibility (Customer Remorse):
